Gym Equipment Display A Realistic Beginner Workout Routine for the New Year This past week, all of my workout classes have been filled to the brim. I’m not here to shame anyone who’s starting their fitness journey in the New Year, you won’t find that energy here. What I do  know is how easy it is to start strong and quickly fizzle out. If you’re getting started in the gym this year, this guide is for you. Your main focus right now should be showing up and staying consistent .
